Program

How many people will the pilot serve, and how long does the pilot last? 

The pilot will serve six employers and will last 6 months.  

What happens after the pilot concludes?  

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation will launch a regional rollout of the program in partnership with local chambers of commerce and community partners.

What financial topics will the program cover? 

The program will cover an array of topics to establish a foundational knowledge of personal finance themes such as budgeting and investing to best serve the workers in each cohort.

How many workers participate in each cohort? 

The average cohort size currently is about 10-12 workers, but other accommodations can be discussed.

What outcomes will the pilot measure? 

The pilot will measure metrics of employee financial confidence and business metrics such as retention, productivity, and employee benefit enrollment rates.

Employers

What employers are eligible to participate in the program? 

Employers of all industries and communities are eligible to apply. To achieve cohort sizes, we do try to have a minimum employee size of 50 employees.

What is expected from participating employers? 

Participation in the program includes required surveys, communication and promotion, and engagement feedback. Onboarding materials and guidance from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation are available.
