On Wednesday, April 10, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation hosted a webinar, "The Positive Impact of LGBT-Inclusive Practices in the Workplace," to explore our latest research release, developed in conjunction with our Inclusion Incorporated initiative. In partnership with the Gill Foundation, Inclusion Incorporated is a first-of-its-kind research and education initiative established to demonstrate the corporate and community value of LGBT-inclusive workplaces.
This research examines the motivations and structure surrounding the adoption of LGBT-inclusive practices by companies. During the webinar, the U.S. Chamber Foundation will shared best practices for implementing inclusive policies and documented the benefits that companies experience when they adopt these activities. The research also offers new findings on how companies engage in LGBT-inclusive policies to help retain talent, strengthen organizational culture, and prove the authenticity of their LGBT engagements.
During this webinar, attendees:
- Learned from corporate leaders on their LGBT inclusion journey.
- Heard new insights on LGBT-inclusive practices’ impact on talent, culture, business growth, and community leadership.
- Gained a better understanding of how best practices, partnerships, and engagement strategies can drive the most success for your company and your community.
