Michael Louis
- Program Manager, Talent Pipeline Management
Michael Louis is the program manager of Talent Pipeline Management at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Louis provides technical support to faculty members and learners going through the Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) Academy.
Before joining the Foundation, Louis worked in Residence Life at schools such as Syracuse University and Florida International University, providing developmental support for college students through a curriculum he helped create.
Louis earned his bachelor’s degree in coaching and mentoring student athletes from SUNY Buffalo State and his master’s degree in higher education administration from the University of Kansas.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Louis now lives in Virginia. He is a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
