The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation is launching a financial wellbeing program to help strengthen the financial security of American workers. In partnership with employers and trusted community facilitators, the program delivers in-person financial education to employees through small-group cohorts. Working together, this program aims to prove that financial wellbeing is a workforce issue that builds towards a future of stronger employee retention and productivity, economically resilient communities, and generational financial empowerment.
