Duquesne Light Company (DLC) is contributing $500,000 to the Emergency Action Fund held at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide relief and support to its customers in Allegheny and Beaver counties.
The company will discontinue service shutoffs and are waiving late fees until at least May 1, 2020.
