San Jose Sharks established the Sharks Sports & Entertainment COVID-19 Relief Fund to support part-time staff impacted by the pandemic. It donated $300,000 to local food bank, Second Harvest Silicon Valley in partnership with SAP. The Sharks also donated more than 2,000 lbs of perishable food to a local non-profit, 2,160 t-shirts to Timbuk2 to create face masks, 7,300+ Sharks literacy-related items to Access Books Bay Area and roughly 600 promotional Sharks items to SJ Ship Kits.
