United Airlines was the first commercial airline to support vaccine delivery into the United States. To date, United Airlines has supported the logistical arrangements for more than 5M doses of COVID-19 vaccine. United is developing plans to use on-site clinics as points of distribution for COVID-19 vaccine to employees and is working with airport stakeholders to facilitate vaccine delivery outside of its hub airports. United is actively encouraging employees to get the vaccine when available, and is providing employees with training and education courses on the benefits of vaccination. To ease the confusion of varying travel restrictions, United has launched a “Travel-Ready Center” where customers can review COVID-19 entry requirements, find local testing options, and upload any required testing or vaccination records.
