UPS has committed $1M to Hurricane Dorian relief and recovery engaging its Humanitarian Relief Network. UPS and The UPS Foundation are working with the nonprofit and United Nations relief organizations to deliver urgently-needed humanitarian supplies and support to communities in The Bahamas and the U.S. east coast impacted by Hurricane Dorian.
In addition, on Saturday September 7th, UPS delivered 20 tons of vital relief supplies to the international airport in Nassau with shelter, hygiene, and water purification supplies provided by UNICEF and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) to support the Bahamas Red Cross efforts.
