Houston Astros

The Houston Astros announced it will donate $4 million to Hurricane Harvey relief.

Houston Dynamo

The Houston Dynamo have led Major League Soccer's efforts in donating at least $1 million to the American Red Cross' relief efforts after Hurricane Harvey.

Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is committing $2 million to relief efforts and will announce more details of its donation in the coming weeks.

Houston Texans

Houston Texans owner, Bob McNair, and team pledged $1 million to the United Way of Greater Houston Flood Relief Fund.

Hubbell Power Systems

The company has been sent hundreds of thousands of pounds of utility products to San Antonio, Houston, and all across the affected areas, along with its own teams of Storm Soldiers armed with emergency response kits to directly lend a helping hand.


The Humana Foundation, the philanthropic arm of health insurance company Humana, gave a $250,000 immediate grant to the Red Cross.

Hyundai Motor Company

$150,000 given to American Red Cross by Hyundai.

IBM Corporation

IBM is providing a comprehensive response package valued at $2 million made up of cash and in-kind technology and services. We will be supporting the American Red Cross's management of their main shelter locations, and provide support to small businesses recovery efforts. IBM will also grant access to leading technologies for operations related to volunteers, benefits programs, and situational awareness for our government and not-for-profit partners.


iFLY has pledged $100,000 for Hurricane Harvey Recovery Efforts.

Intel Corporation

The Intel Foundation is matching Intel employee donations up to $250,000 in support of organizations providing relief efforts for the devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey.

Intercontinental Exchange

ICE has pledged $1,000,000 to the Red Cross and match all employee donations.

International Paper

International Paper has pledged $1 million to help with disaster relief efforts, including $750,000 to Red Cross chapters in Texas and Louisiana and $250,000 to Feeding America.

Intracoastal Realty Corporation

Intracoastal has donated more than $10,000 in cash and are actively stocking a large truck full of supplies to be sent to Texas.

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals, Inc.

Ipsen has committed to donating $50,000 to Direct Relief. Ipsen employees who may be considering making a donation to assist in humanitarian relief efforts are encouraged to consider making their donation to Direct Relief. Ipsen will match donations dollar for dollar up to $100,000.

J.C. Penney

J.C. Penney is donating $25,000 to the Red Cross to help with Houston relief efforts. The company will also help affected J.C. Penney employees with the Golden Rule Relief Fund, a company-funded program for employees facing hardships like natural disasters, house fires and floods.

Jacobs Engineering Group

The global engineering company CH2M donated $70,000 to the Red Cross efforts.


Investment bank Jefferies will donated $1 million to several charities aiding in the relief effort. The firm has also pledged to donate all net trading commissions from U.S., Europe, and Asia equity, fixed income and foreign exchange trading on Wednesday, August 30.

JetBlue Airways

Teams of JetBlue employees trained in advance and are now deploying with the Red Cross.

Johnson & Johnson

Johnson & Johnson is working with three key partners already on the ground in Texas: AmeriCares, which is providing medicine and medical assistance to emergency shelters; Heart to Heart International, Inc., an organization that is deploying a mobile medical unit and supplies; and Save the Children, their global partner dedicated to children’s health and well-being. AmeriCares and Heart to Heart have both begun distributing 25,000 Johnson & Johnson hygiene kits stocked with soap, shampoo, toothpaste and other personal care items to emergency shelters and aid distribution centers.

JPMorgan Chase

JPMorgan Chase will donate $1 million to the Red Cross and other nonprofit groups providing immediate relief. The firm is also matching employee donations to these organizations. Chase will automatically waive or refund fees through September 10 for customers in areas severely impacted.
