Courtney Smith Goodrich is the Global Technology Chief Strategy & Programs Officer.
In this role, Smith Goodrich has responsibility for definition of the Global Technology strategy, governance and execution of the multi-year technology change agenda and oversight of various Global Technology governance forums. Smith Goodrich works in partnership with the other members of the Global Technology Operating Committee to drive JPMorgan Chase’s technology agenda.
Smith Goodrich is also responsible for setting technology program management standards and developing the associated tools. She also oversees the Technology for Social Good, Diversity & Inclusion programs as well as the firmwide Intellectual Property agenda.
Having begun as an intern, Smith Goodrich has worked at JPMorgan Chase for over 20 years. Her career has been dedicated to the field of Technology, with a scope of experience spanning multiple financial businesses - including the Investment Bank, Private Bank, Treasury & Security Services and the firm’s internal corporate businesses.
Smith Goodrich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Public Administration, both from the University of Delaware.
A native New Yorker, Smith Goodrich currently resides in Pennsylvania with her family.
