Jennifer Carpenter is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Delta Air Lines, responsible for all hiring at the airline and for transforming the company's strategy for discovering and attracting talent. She, her husband and three daughters recently moved from Connecticut to Georgia and are enjoying exploring their new state and traveling together.
Before joining Delta, Jennifer spent 20 years with Accenture, a professional services company with more than 450,000 employees operating in 120 countries, and held an array of global HR leadership positions – focused on helping people reach their full potential. She directed Accenture’s Performance Management process and the Learning & Talent Development function for the Consulting business. She last served as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition – accountable for hiring more than 100,000 people annually.
She is active with her alma mater, Mount Holyoke College, where she graduated with a degree in Economics and Mathematics, and obtained a Master’s in Organizational Behavior at the University of Hartford while working at Accenture. Jennifer is passionate about developing future leaders, finding exceptional talent in unexpected places and enjoys volunteering with Skills to Succeed and Junior Achievement.
