Currently, Jennifer is a leader within AT&T University. Her organization delivers technology tools and platforms that enable continuous learning for over 200K employees. The team is focused on providing employee guided, mobilized and simplified paths to becoming future ready.
Most recently she led a small and nimble customer experience team focused on trialing new ways to advance AT&T’s customer experience. Just prior, she spent 2 years leading large call center operations overseeing the strategic vendor operations for DIRECTV Customer Loyalty Group. Jennifer served two back to back Chief of Staff roles: one working directly with the CEO for AT&T’s Entertainment Group, and the other in Network Operations Planning and Support.
Jennifer previously served as Director of Construction and Engineering for the newly formed Antenna Solutions Group. Her in-depth knowledge positioned her to become an industry speaker on behalf of AT&T, and a 2015 Game Changer and featured speaker in OSP Magazine.
Jennifer started her telecommunications career with Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems in St. Louis as an Engineering Analyst, as part of the network operations organization.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Missouri State University and an MBA from Saint Louis University. She and her husband, Shawn, and daughter Hope, reside in Allen, Texas.
