Jennifer Gamboa-Copeland, Diversity & Inclusion champion, leads all Women and Black/African American focused initiatives by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to promote an inclusive work environment. She coordinates initiatives and programs to enhance AT&T’s corporate brand, communications, training and stakeholder relations.
Jennifer previously served as a Sr. Product Development Manager-Mobility Marketing for Wireless Home Phone Services and International Rate Plans. She also served as a Quality/M&P/Process & Vendor Manager focusing on managing the Sales/Customer Experience inside vendor Sales Centers.
Jennifer began her career with AT&T in 2007 and has held a variety of other positions in Contract Management, Customer Experience, Project Management, and Product Development.
Jennifer currently serves as Dallas Chapter President for the Women of AT&T. She is active with Girl Scouts, National Center for Women & Information Technology and many other community activities. Jennifer is a recipient of the Presidential Service Award.
A Native of Texas, Jennifer graduated from Midwestern State University with a Bachelor of Business Computer Information Systems Science and earned a Masters in Engineering and Technology Management from the University of Dallas.
