Jordyn is a M.A. Candidate at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She is focusing her coursework on business, human rights, and diplomacy. She is currently interning at the Department of State and previously served as a Rosenthal Fellow at the Department of Labor's Office of Child Labor, Forced Labor, and Human Trafficking. Prior to SAIS, she worked at the intersection of business and international development for five years in Asia and Africa. Most recently, as the Government Affairs Manager at the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, she advanced the interests of American businesses and supported regional growth and development. Passionate about women’s empowerment, she conducted research through the Fulbright Scholar Program on women in garment manufacturing in Morocco and served on the board of a professional women’s association. She graduated summa cum laude from St. Catherine University with a B.A. in French, International Business and Economics.
