Kaitlin is a Director and international social research specialist on Ipsos’ Corporate Sustainability and Citizenship team. In this capacity Kaitlin specializes in managing large, complex, multi-country studies for government, non-profit, and private sector organizations, designing studies that help them answer complex research questions and evaluate the impact of programming. Kaitlin maintains a comprehensive understanding of Ipsos capabilities across 88 country offices, as well as best in class methodologies for conducting research in each, and how to leverage these capabilities to provide clients with bespoke research and evaluation approaches. Her expertise includes instrument development, managing and conducting fieldwork, and reporting and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data. As a researcher who has applied her skills across a broad range of contexts, Kaitlin has developed unique expertise in conducting research in difficult environments and with hard-to-reach populations, particularly in the fields of humanitarian issues and women’s empowerment. Kaitlin received an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a BA from Brown University.
