Mark has worked with many large and middle-market companies, as well as start-ups, advising what it takes to be recognized as a preferred employer and how innovative recruitment of exceptional management candidates will impact their financial results as well as the organization’s reputation and image.

Mark proactively introduces and recommends clients and strategic partners to each other, for mutual benefit of all resources. He is a pioneer in digital media, including video branding to differentiate – as individuals and company – towards a successful search. He also created the “Leadership Series” of executive and entrepreneur video interviews.

With extensive cross-industry and international experience and relationships, he understands the value of understanding and respecting cultures, languages, and the impact on people and business. “It’s all about people and trust, to create a winning team.”

Mark sits on the Boards of World Language Communications, VerdeXchange Institute, and The Hidden Tears Project, and previously Vet Tech Brigade and Corp Shorts Video. He is the Founder of Talentorum Alliance. In sports, he was on the Board of SportsFund Canada and Owner of the Miami Wave of the National Cycling League.

Always looking to make a difference, Mark has been active with the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation and Miami’s Beacon Council. He has been involved in many Sports & Entertainment projects. He is a Chartered Accountant, graduating from McGill University in Montreal. Mark is most proud of his three sons, and when given a chance, will certainly tell you about them.
