Tim Oppenheim has worked in Head Start on the grantee side and through a government contractor in an IT lead capacity for over a decade. Tim has been on the NHSA's Tech & Early Ed Incubator Team, Presented at the Leadership Summit in Washington DC, and at the Early Childhood Innovation Summit in Salt Lake City where his project was selected for the Shark Tank pitch.
He has also been the go-to person for innovation talks over the past year at the NHSA and leads the Data Management & Continuous Quality Improvement Communities of Practice group. He is a fantastic innovator, but more than that, he understands how to run a technology in a Head Start environment to produce consistently high-quality results as proven by his past track record in the space.
