Ms. Shissler is a Senior Program Manager with Jhpiego and has over 17 years of experience working in international development across Africa and Asia, including extensive experience in conflict/fragile states. Tracey currently manages Jhpiego’s global Health Workforce for the 21st Century (HW21) program consortium inclusive of partner companies, universities, host country stakeholders and educational institutions, and Jhpiego country offices, with a focus on strengthening human resources for health within HIV service delivery.
Tracey also lived in Botswana for several years as a Country Director with Jhpiego directing HIV and cervical cancer prevention interventions, and has been with Jhpiego for over 10 years managing projects in East and Southern Africa. Tracey’s past work includes managing the Asia portfolio for International Medical Corps with a focus on Afghanistan and Pakistan. Tracey is a graduate from Penn State University and holds a Masters from George Washington University with a concentration on International Development.
