Andy Hall, San Diego Workforce Partnership

Andy brings extensive experience in workforce development, public sector leadership, and community service to the Workforce Partnership. For the last 5 years, Andy has been a key member of the Workforce Partnership team directing the overall strategy  and execution of over $30M invested in workforce programs and ongoing labor market research designed to close the skills gap in San Diego.

Andy earned his B.A with a double major in Economics and History from UC San Diego and holds an M.B.A. from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. Andy was named a San Diego 30 under 30 leader in 2017. Prior to his time at the Workforce Partnership, Andy was a consultant for Public Consulting Group (PCG) where he assisted state and local government agencies improve the impact and operations of public employment programs.
