Ben Mann is Project Manager within the Diversity & Inclusion Global Client Services team at Cook Ross, where he provides clients with the guidance they need to execute their internal and external strategies. Ben is an accomplished nonprofit executive, previously working in Corporate Social Responsibility in partnership with organizations, like H&M, Tupperware Brands, the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, USAID, and the White House. In 2014, Ben followed a call to Christian ministry, and he presently serves as a Presidential Scholar at Central Baptist Theological Seminary, where he recently began teaching coursework around ministry development to the Seminary’s Women in Ministry Program. In 2015, Ben was awarded funding from the Lilley Foundation to leverage training and consulting offered by Cook Ross in faith communities. As a Board Member of the Gay Christian Network (GCN) and a global advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community and women, Ben passionately brings lessons from and to the corporate sector to empower the work of fostering belonging, meaning, and kindness into much needed spaces. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Baylor University, and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
