Bo Miller is the founder and principal of NightFire Advisors LLC, a corporate citizenship and social venture consultancy. Previously Miller was Global Director for Corporate Citizenship for The Dow Chemical Company and served as the president and executive director of The Dow Chemical Company Foundation. He joined Dow in 1978 and has held a variety of sales, marketing and business management roles over the course of his career.
Miller holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial marketing from Western Michigan University and has completed executive management curriculums at Indiana University and the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Great Lakes Bay Regional Alliance Board of Directors and the Midland Downtown Development Authority board of directors. He is chair of the Advisory Board of the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s; Corporate Citizenship Center, and serves on the International Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity International. Previously he was a member of the Clinton Global Initiative Advisory Committee, the Contributions Council of The Conference Board; the Executive Forum of the Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College and the Senior Advisory Board of the Center for Responsible Business at the Haas School of Business University of California, Berkeley.
