Mr. Rozza has over 20 years of experience in public/private sector social and environmental sustainability. In his current role as Global Manager of Water Sustainability and Natural Capital he is responsible for Corporate Water Risk Management, Community Water Partnerships, and Coca-Cola’s Water Resource Sustainability and Replenish programs across the global supply chain (18 operating units, 300 franchise bottling companies, 1,000 manufacturing plants in 200 countries). In this capacity he leads The Coca-Cola Company’s efforts to understand and mitigate the growing water related risks to business and communities due population growth, economic development and climate change. He also is leading the development of the company’s Natural Capital strategy. He specializes in driving sustainability performance at the nexus of risk and opportunity; leveraging water sustainability to address global environmental and social concerns while creating business value. He holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida, is a registered Professional Engineering and is Board Certified by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists.
