Melissa Donnelly is Manager of Sustainability Integration and Metrics for Campbell Soup Company. She partners with the leadership of functional organizations across the Company to integrate sustainability strategies, performance management and measurement systems.
Additionally, Melissa leads the collection, analysis and management of sustainability performance metrics for Campbell’s internal and external CSR reporting. She leads food loss and waste measurement and serves on the FMI/GMA Food Waste Reduction Alliance (FRWA), the Consumer Goods Forum Food Waste Working Group, and the ReFED Advisory Council.
Previously, Melissa served as a Sustainability Manager for Johnson Controls and as Director of Partnerships for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in their Climate Protection Partnership Division.
Melissa earned her B.A. in International Relations from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, V.A. and her M.A. in Environmental Policy from American University in Washington, D.C.
