Quincy Stephens joined the Main Line Chamber of Commerce in September 2015 as the new director of talent and education to lead the Talent and Education Network (TEN) program. Quincy has over 20 years of human resources and recruiting background from a Fortune 50 company. Quincy is a Philadelphia native, receiving his formal education from Central High School and going on to obtain his bachelor’s in science from West Chester University plus his master’s in business administration from St. Joseph’s University. Along the way, Quincy has earned his professional certification in human resources and chartered property casualty underwriter designation. Lastly, Quincy is a certified toastmaster and holds a certified internet recruiting designation.
Quincy is active in a variety of civic and cultural organizations which includes the National Black MBA, Big Brother Association, and Kappa Alpha Psi. His passion for mentoring and leadership development has led him to receive many awards such as Legacy of Leadership and the MLK Drum Major for Justice. Quincy is married to his college sweetheart (Kia) from the Main Line area and they have a 15yr old son (Khi). Most of their free time is spent supporting Khi’s basketball activities since he plays on the Garnet Valley high school team.
