Ray Martinez is the Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of EverFi, an education technology company founded in 2008 to tackle some of the largest challenges facing our nation. As Executive Vice President, Ray leads business development strategy to bring EverFi's financial capability and life skills products to both K-12 students and adults through partnerships with hundreds of financial institutions and organizations across the US. During Ray’s tenure at EverFi he has led a number of critical initiatives including the signing of key partnerships with American Express, MassMutual, Suncoast Credit Union, BB&T, BURGERKING, Pharrell Williams Foundation and hundreds of community banks that have brought critical skills to thousands of communities.
Before EverFi, Ray spent 11 years at Kaplan, Inc. managing cutting edge supplemental education programs in San Francisco, Sacramento, Dallas, Northern Virginia, Los Angeles, and San Diego. During his time there, he was recognized with Kaplan's President Award for Leadership. Ray is a graduate of Bowdoin College.
