Shannon is an ICF-certified Executive Coach and Management Consultant with more than 20 years as a trusted talent advisor to organizations and the C-Suite.  

She believes that People are our most important asset – they create culture and profits. Shannon’s purpose is to enable resilient leaders to turn their passion into action and to live into their potential - creating social and environmental impact globally.  

Shannon Houde has mentored, coached and trained more than 700 professionals over 3000 hours including inspiring teams to reach peak performance, calibrating insights through values-driven assessments, and creating tangible tools to support professional development. 

She was recently selected to be a meta coach on Daniel Goleman’s pioneering Emotional Intelligence Coach Certification program.  Accredited in the Game Changer Index©, Shannon also leverages NLP and mindfulness when helping clients break through personal barriers.  She has been featured in the Huffington Post, the Guardian, Greenbiz, Triple Pundit and CSR Wire and speaks regularly at international conferences including for Kering, Hitachi, Business for Social Responsibility, Net Impact and GreenBiz.

Shannon’s portfolio spans FTSE250s and Fortune 500 companies, combined with 15+ years of working with C-Suite and intrapreneurs at Adobe, GE Capital, Barclays, Deloitte, and WWF, giving her insights across diverse sectors and leadership styles.

She speaks French and Spanish, having lived and worked in the Alps and Patagonia and earned her MBA from Thunderbird in Arizona and Geneva.  When not helping shape future impact leaders, Shannon enjoys wrestling with her two boys, practicing yoga under a tree, and riding her road bike along country roads.
