Tracy DiSanto

DiSanto joined DTE Energy in 2002 and has worked in a number of jobs beginning in audit services, then finance, and more recently in 2013 she moved to the human resource organization and is currently responsible for the enterprise strategic workforce planning process. Prior to joining DTE Energy, she spent more than 11 years in public accounting with firms such as Ernst and Young, LLP and Arthur Andersen, LLP.  DiSanto is co-chair of the Michigan Workforce Development Consortium, an industry-led partnership established to address current and future workforce issues crucial to building and sustaining Michigan’s energy industry.
