Jae started her career as an Administrative Dietitian and practiced in both Canada and the US as a Director of Nutrition in healthcare, business and education for 10 years prior to moving to the corporate world in the Human Resources area. She joined Delta Air Lines in July of 2006.
In her role at Delta, Jae is responsible for developing and executing initiatives that drive "a culture of health and wellness" across Delta globally by translating the Company's strategic health and wellness goals into clearly defined and developed initiatives to impact the health & lifestyle risks of 90,000 employees and their dependents worldwide.
She has successful developed programs that engage employees, garner the support of business units and are tied to metrics which demonstrate their value. A key driver in this success has been her ongoing efforts to build and engage over 700 Wellness Champions and Leaders who comprise Delta’s Global Wellness Network across all divisions and locations system wide. Delta’s comprehensive wellness programming strives to achieve positive outcomes in physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing as it supports Delta people in a journey to better health.
Jae is passionate about finding effective and creative solutions that assist people achieve their wellness goals for themselves and their families. Along with a Bachelors of Science degree from Western University in Ontario Canada and Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) designation, she completed her PMP (Project Management Professional) certification in 2012 and recently graduated from the Leadership Program in Integrative Healthcare at Duke University in February of 2018.
Jae resides with her husband, two teenage daughters and Jack Russell, in Milton GA.
